Designers are any member that puts a custom scenery set or a prak/ride download up in the Exclusive section. You may also put it up in the RCT3 section if it is not exclusive to the site. Heres how many designs you have to do to keep your position:
If they are exclusive:
1 a year
If they are in the RCT3 section:
3 a year
Do that many and you may keep your position. Exclusive designs must be exclusive to the site for at least a week.
Theirs 2 types of designers:
Exclusive Designer: 1 upload a year exclusive
Designer: 3 uploads a year normal
