Exchange Double Post Rule and Off Topic

Here are what I am going to sat about double posts:

RCT3 Sections: I will accept it if its an update to the set and no one else has posted.
Off Topic Sections: I really dont want you to and if I see you do it all Ill do is merge both or the topics together. Just try to refrain from doing it though please.

To tell you the truth I dont mind double posting but sometimes it does get annoying and I would prefer you just dont do it. Or course excluding the fact if you have to update something.

Updating RCT3: Thumbs Up

Off Topic Posting: Thumbs Down
